Lowest rate guarantee

We can guarantee that all hotel reservations booked through this website provide the lowest rate available anywhere on the internet.

If you find a lower rate for the same room type at the same hotel, on the exact same dates - and you have already paid your reservation with us - we can offer you a rate which is 10% lower than the one you have found, provided:

• You notify us, via email, within 24 hours of booking your reservation
• The room type (double, twin, single etc) is the same
• All other specifications of the booking are the same (same dates, same hotel)

Simply email the details to bookings@hoteles.es and, once we have verified the information you have provided, your 10% refund will be issued directly to the credit card you used for payment. The credit will appear on your statement within seven days.

Rate booked on this website: €100
Rate found on another website: €90 for same room, same date and at same hotel.
Final rate from our website: €81 (€90 - 10%)

Once we have verified the information that you have provided we will confirm your reservation at the lowest stated rate with a further reduction of 10%.
